Its signature features are a rich clam-based broth enhanced with Kyoto’s traditional soy sauce, paired with firm, house-made noodles.
Carrying on the flavors of the original Menya Yukou Honten, it offers a truly Kyoto-style ramen experience that can be found nowhere else.
